How to Invest
We have been profitable for 3 years in a row now. In the past 24 months we have flipped 4 single family homes and 7 ground up construction houses. Your investment will be safe with us and earn you a healthy profit along the way.
Minimum Investment: $25,000
Minimum Timeframe: 6 months
Minimum Interest: 12% (1% paid monthly)
Bonus Interest: +3% (if deferred)

With a minimum investment of $25,000, you can partner with us passively on one of our renovation projects. For a larger investment ($100,000+) and a longer time commitment, you can partner with us on a ground up construction project. Renovations typically take 3 months, but we guarantee a 6 month return. Ground up construction can take18 months depending on the project. In either partnership, you will receive a *monthly* return (unless you have chosen to defer it for bonus interest).
